As of this year, 2024, we produce our “organic honey” of the highest quality and are officially certified.

Wildflower honey is characterized by a very rich floral composition. Predominantly, the blossoms of heather and legumes, including rooster combs, sulla, and alfalfa, stand out. Sunflower is also present.

GASTRONOMIC SUGGESTIONS
Perfect as table honey, to sweeten herbal teas and foods, or in dessert preparation. When paired with cow’s milk cheeses or aged pecorino, it can truly surprise. It’s no wonder that milk and honey were once considered “the food of the Gods.”
